How can I pay for my order?

Online orders can be paid for using credit card (VISA or MasterCard) or Paypal through our website. If you have any issues whatsoever with the payment system, please contact us immediately via our contact page. 

How long will my order take to arrive?

10 business days.

Can I become a wholesale customer?

Absolutely! Please send us a message via the Contact Us tab and we will be in touch.

What is your return policy? 

If you have any problems with an item purchased, please contact us via email askus@sunnymarkers.com.au  with your name and order ID so that we can start the return process for you. This must be done within 5 days of the parcel being received.
